Remember to look after your muscles so as not to get sore from them. There is no point in sitting idle for a while. Take a break in front of the mirror which will make you feel refreshed and energized. Even after a good workout, do not eat in front of your mirrors as it can affect your overall fitness level. Instead, look forward to the mirror when you're back at home. 

If you want to keep it safe, get into the bathroom at once after showering. After getting out of the bathroom, stop washing and wearing makeup. Keep your eyes away from mirrors for a few seconds so as not to see the reflection of the water on your face. Wear dry clothes. It might also be necessary to use a towel instead of swimming as it can reduce blood loss. Don't push yourself too much as this leads to fatigue. After performing two-to-three-minute stretches of your legs during your morning routine, go to the kitchen where your breakfast will be prepared. Make sure you prepare yourself for a breakfast. As soon as the coffee comes in the cup, drink a cup of it as soon as you finish eating one of your meals. You need to work for at least seven hours and eat at least three servings of protein and one serving of carbohydrates. It is even better to start off your day with smoothies or juices made of various kinds of fruits and vegetables which will boost up your metabolism and burn the excess weight.
